Creative Journaling
Develop a life long creative process. This workshop encourages and develops the time-honoured techniques and methods used by artists and creatives to connect to their thoughts and feelings. The journal and sketchbook can become an art form in their own right that speak to their creator throughout their life.
Through Your Own Eyes
A workshop that explores the ways you see yourself by making self portraits. Drawing, painting and mixed media will be used. This workshop is concerned with looking deeply within, and connecting with the essence of who you are.
Earth Art
Reconnect to nature in a profound way. A day or weekend working directly in and with the natural environment, creating works from found materials. When you are more connected to the earth’s energy, you can produce beautiful images and pieces from your engagement with nature.
Your Wise Self
Developing intuition using colour, meditation and mixed media. A one day workshop using a number of creative and therapeutic methods to reconnect you to your wise and intuitive self. A liberating experience for those in life transitions, and for getting back in touch with creativity.
Passion for Textiles
Explore the diverse world of textiles. A series of 3 hour workshops that build into a course exploring all the aspects of textiles from those fascinated in creating their own work, to those wanting to learn techniques or build a portfolio.
Having run my own textile design business and teachng this subject for over 20 years this course draws on all the threads of my experience.
